Why
Cauliflower is non-toxic and gives parrots something substantial to hold and crunch. Like other brassicas it can cause gas in large amounts, and it must never be served with cheese sauce, butter or salt. Steam it lightly if your bird ignores it raw.

Treats and fruit should stay under roughly 20% of the daily bowl. The rest is pellets, leafy greens and a good chop.
